Description

Assist the Regional Franchise Director (RFD) and VP of Operations with developing annual sales, new restaurant openings forecasts, monitor sales results/trends, and new restaurant openings together with VP of Operations.

Provide assistance to the RFD in reviewing franchisee's restaurant level profit and loss statements on a quarterly basis making specific recommendations and assisting in improving restaurant performance.

Provide assistance to the RFD and International Franchisees and International Marketing in the development and implementation of negative comp restaurant sales building plans, as needed.

Assist International Marketing in the assessment, development, and implementation of country Marketing plans and local restaurant marketing programs.

Participate and coordinate the development and adaptation of new products and technologies in both existing and new markets in a way that is culturally acceptable and maintains the integrity of the brand.

Support the development, approval, and implementation of new products and procedures in conjunction with International Product Research and Development by actively participating in the roll out process.

Review and make recommendations on proposed new sites per International Church's Chicken guidelines. Coordinate Site Acceptance Request forms.

Assist RFD in monitoring and coordinating new restaurant opening activities, per plan and contractual agreements, with International Franchisees and other Church's departmental functions.

Participate in new restaurant openings and support the International Franchisees until operations are running smoothly. Conduct post-opening assessments.

Communicate and document any violations of Church's Chicken Franchise Agreement or concept integrity noted in restaurant visits to RFD.

Maintain current and complete administrative files of visits and assessments performed in restaurants by territory.

Complete and submit on a timely basis administrative reports in accordance with company procedures requests.

Monitor and follow-up on International Franchisees Management and Crew/Team training efforts to include certification of international training restaurants and international training centers.

Provide assistance to the International Franchisees with recruiting managers and restaurant staff,including training and development as needed.

Assist in the development of departmental annual budgets and work within the planned budgets as related to territory performance.

Conduct vendor and distributor facility inspections as requested to insure compliance with Church's Chicken Quality Assurance standards.

Performs other duties and special projects as requested by the RFD and VP of Operations.


Requirements

A minimum of two years of unit level management and one to three years of multi-unit management.
Experience in marketing, training, site evaluation and floor plan development is a plus. Excellent
interpersonal/communication, time management and teambuilding conflict management skills.
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and oral) are required. Keen analytical and leadership skills required.
