Bi-Lingual Project Managers
Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Inc. is a premier supplier of automation solutions to the world's largest food, beverage, personal care, household products, container manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies. Over the last 10 years, the Design Group has developed into one of the leading engineering and system integration companies in North America with 14 regional offices and over 350 professionals on staff.
In response to continued growth of our core business, we are actively seeking experienced Project Management professionals in our Dallas, Texas office.
Education
BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience/technical degree.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of project engineering/management experience with packaging line and/or automation applications. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is a must. Special consideration will be given to individuals with experience in high speed bottling environments, the food and beverage industry and the Latin American market
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include accountability for all aspects of project execution including system layout engineering, vendor/contractor management, equipment procurement, schedule management, project finances, site management and installation support.
This position requires excellent engineering and project management skills. The ability to simultaneously organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities is essential. Candidates need to possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors. Maintaining and growing solid client relationships is a key responsibility of this role.
Specific skills requirements for this position include machinery applications, computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, & AutoCAD), and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient at converting information into project documentation, managing integration of automated industrial systems, and leading project teams.
