Description |
Responsible for partnering with assigned groups and providing broad based HR support through the development, implementation and administration of programs, policies and procedures pertaining to multiple areas of HR. Facilitate and manage the recruiting process in assigned area; coordinate with internal recruiter to source candidates. Partner with Learning & Organizational Development on learning initiatives, facilitating development plans, identification of emerging talent, support and assist in developing mentoring programs and drive performance management activities. Counsel managers/employees on policy interpretation, employee performance, disciplinary and/or termination issues; perform investigations. Assist with documenting jobs, recommending pay grade classifications and various salary surveys. Partner with Benefits to assist with Open Enrollment, LOA's, and issue resolution. Maintain a consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude.

Requirements |
A Bachelor's degree in Business required with a minimum of 5 years related HR experience. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft suite, have experience with HRIS systems, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively respond to constructive criticism from manager. Must be able to get along with coworkers and peers without exhibiting behavior extremes. Must have strong influencing skills and be able to stand firm or push back on key issues. Candidate must be able to challenge managers appropriately and effectively. Must have the ability to always remember they are key members of the HR team and service providers to the groups they support. Must contribute to and support corporate initiatives. There are 2 positions available. One of the positions requires candidates to be fluent in Spanish.
